Mr. Williams was the defendant's lawyer.  On October 13, the Conciliation Council was held, and by October 20, Mr. Williams would have sent me the contract and the check, to resolve the case.  He refused.  After many phone calls and emails, I summarized the settlement proposal.  Mr. Williams refused.  After that, I had to hire a lawyer.  All my payment will be a lawyer's fee.  William Attorney has already imposed sanctions on the license and I reported him to the bar.  He shouldn't put the law into practice.  I'm taking out money for Mr. Williams now.
