Student, don't borrow from this man!
It exists for the purpose of exploiting and profit from student lessors in all ways. He struck this to all who borrowed from him— Ask the former borrower and ask the student housing office. You should've done that first.
Don Pound is a bully, and has been out of it for many years. He will not return your deposit. If you want to answer the message that something is fixed, you will be charged when you move (even if it is a matter of security of his property). He gives the key 2 days early and casually, but when he moves quickly with magic, he charges and adds the late fee because he did not pay at that time. He refuses to go to the office door (even though he knows he's there) and waits for him to pay his worries and rent for a receipt. Later, he charged a late charge and claimed that the check was delayed because he did not "cash" until a few weeks later. Get off the rental!
