I have lived here for 11 months, from the heating problems to the unpleasant neighbor, to the night when I call this landlord, and I have no manager in this room. I lie to you and yell at you, but most of you act a little dirty, take the rent, and quit your manager. Tracy Klein, the liar's secretary, sent a foolish accusation to me and when I asked Joe about his negligence and irresponsibility, I called the police. Don't borrow from this man. This is the worst landlord I've ever seen and took care of tenants' outlets. When I wrote a phone and letter to his other clerk asking for repairs and interventions, I was paying the rent for April without any answer. He asked me to meet him and withdraw the tenant's case, and he promised to undertake these things. I had to wait 30 days before I could pay in court. There are a lot of temporarily homeless people and scrubbers coming to look into the garbage collection. C. L. Turner

Sheryl Turner has a psychological problem that upset and irritates people around him. She seems to hate men, and she has published an article on three men on this website, one of which seems to have had to be physically expelled from his bar. During this time, I was forced to call the police, she refused to leave the company and stopped my work, so I forced the police to leave her. During the 10 months, I had a physical conflict with two neighbors in my apartment complex and announced that I would remove all "low life" from my building. She calls at home at 3:30 and talks about her physical conflict, then comes to the apartment and tells me to mediate the conflict she started. For eight years, she has rented hundreds of tenants, regardless of age, shape, color, nationality, ethnic or religious background, she is the worst tenant I've ever dealt with. She is very, very, very angry, very malicious. Thankfully, her lease is coming to an end soon.
